I’m Sanya Batra, a stylist and creative director based in Paris. My work centres on the dialogue between clothing and character, and how a look can quietly alter mood, context, and perception.
 
I studied at Istituto Marangoni in Paris and went on to gain experience across editorials, campaigns, and fashion weeks, collaborating with teams behind leading publications and global luxury brands.
 
My work is rooted in an instinct for storytelling - drawn to imagery that feels lived-in, intuitive, and emotionally resonant. I am particularly interested in imperfect details, where subtle imperfections evolve into the most honest and compelling element of the narrative.
 
From curating wardrobes for music videos to conceptualising avant-garde editorials and shaping personal style transformations, I approach each project with a balance of creative direction and sensitivity to the subject. My focus remains on creating work that feels authentic, impactful, and visually memorable.
